Healthy Habits: Wonderful Water
Forget cutting calories and carbs. I am trying to be healthy, not skinny, and so should you. One of the greatest health tips that I love is to hydrate. Water makes up 70 percent of your body. Blood is mostly water and your heart, brain, lungs and other organs also contain a lot of water. (I am a budding little doctor so be patient with me.) You use water to regulate your body heat and to transport vital minerals and nutrients through your body.

Just ask my sister: She drank 2 liters of water within an hour while on holiday and threw up most of it. Not one of her brightest ideas. Drink only enough water to keep healthy and hydrated.
